Where can I download the products?
The 'Download' button is located below the product title of individual product page. Gold Members can download the products in the Gold and Free member areas. Free Members can only download the products in the Free Area.
Do you offer resell rights of the product?
Most of our products come with resell rights. In spite of this, you shall check the sales conditions and terms come with the product.
Do you offer technical support on solving problems of software products?
No. We are not the author or original developer of software, as a result, we cannot provide technical support on software/script products. In spite of this, you may check the product package to find if the original developer has left any information for technical enquiry.
How can I cancel recurring payment of my subscription?
Its simple. You just need to login to your Paypal account to view/cancel it by clicking Recurring Payments under your profile.
Will I loss paid period if I renew my subscription before it is expired?
No. Members with valid subscription will get extension of the new subscription to their existing period. For example, if a customer has existing monthly subscription for the period Jan 01, 2010 - Jan 31, 2010 and comes to order a new 12M Gold Membership subscription on Jan 15, 2010. The subscription will be added with the following period: Feb 01, 2010 - Feb 01, 2011. Customers will not loss their paid period.
How can I submit listing as a service provider?
First, you need to create an account by registering to us as a Free or Gold Member. Then, you can login to your account and click the 'listing' link in the admin panel to submit your information.
