I wondered those same questions just a few years ago. After surviving a difficult childhood, my self-esteem was shot and unfortunately it was carrying over into my adult life and career. My friends, what few of them there were noticed it and whenever I made an attempt to socialize it was painfully obvious that I had issues. I didn’t want to live my life like that any longer.
